Our Kick Start Kidz program is designed for children aged 4 and up, with classes offered once or twice a week for 40 minutes each.
In these sessions, we focus on teaching children valuable life skills, including respect, confidence, self-esteem, discipline, fitness, goal achievement, and perseverance. The classes feature a mix of pad work, games, drills, and basic self-defense techniques, providing the perfect foundation for your child’s martial arts journey.
Alongside our martial arts program, we also offer an age-appropriate life skills curriculum. This program is specifically designed to help students develop positive habits and skills that support their training, personal growth, and future success.
Tang Soo Do is one of the oldest and most respected martial arts systems, with roots dating back over two thousand years to Korea. At Kick Start Health & Fitness, we teach Tang Soo Do with the same rich traditions that have been passed down from instructor to instructor, while also incorporating modern training techniques and ideas.

Kickboxing is an exciting and dynamic way for kids to stay active, learn self-defense, and build confidence. At Kick Start Health & Fitness, our kids' kickboxing classes are designed specifically for children aged 7 and above.
In our classes, kids will learn fundamental kickboxing techniques, improve their fitness, and develop important life skills like discipline, focus, and perseverance. Through a mix of drills, pad work, and fun exercises, our young students will gain strength, coordination, and self-confidence while enjoying a supportive and engaging environment.
